  • Fast operator-stated crypto payouts, including near-instant Bitcoin Lightning

  • Demanding bonus terms (40x on deposit, 7-day expiry, ~€50 max bet) and fairly low withdrawal caps

Quick facts

Betpanda is a crypto-first casino and sportsbook that launched in 2023, operated by Star Bright Media S.R.L., a company registered in Costa Rica. It is positioned as a no-KYC, anonymous brand: you sign up with an email address only, deposit in crypto, and – for most players – cash out without identity checks. It offers a 100% up to 1 BTC welcome bonus, 6,300+ games from 60+ studios, and Bitcoin Lightning payments. See how this sits against the field in our crypto casinos guide. 18+ only – please gamble responsibly.

Our verdict

Betpanda does the crypto-casino basics well: fast operator-stated payouts, a large game library, Lightning Network support and a genuinely frictionless, email-only sign-up. The problem is oversight. It is not regulated by any gambling authority – its Costa Rica registration is a company seat, not a gaming licence – so if a dispute arises you have very little formal recourse. Public complaint histories also show account closures and withheld funds after verification, which is a serious flag for a brand this new. It suits experienced crypto players who prize anonymity and speed and who deposit modest amounts they can afford to lose. It is a poor fit for anyone who wants a regulated operator, strong player-protection tools, or large guaranteed-payout balances. For broader context, compare it with our best online casinos list and our how we rate casinos methodology.

Licence and safety

This is Betpanda’s weakest area, and we want to be precise about it. Betpanda’s terms name Star Bright Media S.R.L., a company organised under the laws of Costa Rica, as the operator. Costa Rica is frequently described as a “licence” by affiliate sites, but that is misleading: Costa Rica has no gambling regulator and issues no gambling licences. Companies there obtain an ordinary business registration (and a data-processing permit), which lets them operate but places them under no gaming supervision whatsoever. There is no public gambling register in Costa Rica to check, so we could not verify any gaming authorisation on a regulator’s own register – because none exists.

Some pages suggest Betpanda “meets the criteria” for a Curacao licence, but meeting criteria is not holding one. At the time of writing we found no evidence of a current Curacao, Anjouan, Malta or other gaming licence tied to the brand, and we treat it as unlicensed for player-protection purposes. Tellingly, Costa Rica itself appears on Betpanda’s own restricted-countries list. If regulated status matters to you, read our online casino legality in Europe explainer before signing up.

On the technical-safety side, the site runs over standard SSL/TLS encryption, so data in transit is protected in the usual way, and the game feeds come from established studios (NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Evolution and others) whose titles are independently RNG-tested at source by the providers’ own certifiers. The provably-fair section lets you verify the fairness of in-house games cryptographically on-chain, which is a genuine plus. But none of that substitutes for operator-level oversight: there is no licensing authority auditing Betpanda’s own payout behaviour, segregating player funds, or enforcing a complaints process. On KYC and AML, Betpanda markets itself as verification-free but reserves the right to demand ID at any time with no fixed threshold, driven by risk-based monitoring (see Withdrawals below).

On reputation, public complaint boards such as AskGamblers, Casino Guru and Trustpilot carry a mix of praise for fast crypto payouts and a cluster of serious grievances. The substance of the recurring disputes is familiar for unlicensed crypto brands: accounts frozen or closed after a win, funds withheld pending verification that players say is applied inconsistently, and bonus-term confiscations. We describe the substance of those disputes rather than copying any third-party star rating – another site’s score is not our con. What matters for your money is that, with no regulator, there is no independent adjudicator to force a resolution if one of these disputes happens to you.

Availability in your country

Betpanda geo-blocks a long list of territories – reportedly around 70 countries and regions. Confirmed or widely reported restricted markets include the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, France, Sweden and Costa Rica itself, alongside sanctioned jurisdictions such as Iran, North Korea, Syria, Cuba and Venezuela. Several regulated EU markets are blocked, and this list changes without notice.

Because access is enforced at the IP and account level, the only reliable check is to open the site from your own country and read the current terms. Do not use a VPN to get around a block: that typically breaches the terms and can forfeit your funds. We do not target UK players, and nothing here is aimed at markets where this operator is restricted. Note too that Betpanda is not licensed by any national regulator – it is not ANJ-authorised in France, not UKGC-licensed in Britain and not on any EU whitelist – so even where it is reachable, you are playing with an unregulated offshore brand.

Bonus and promotions

The headline offer is a 100% first-deposit match up to 1 BTC, plus ongoing weekly cashback, reloads and a weekly raffle. The big-number BTC cap is eye-catching, but the practical terms matter more than the headline.

Offer % match Max amount Free spins Wagering Max bet Game weighting Expiry Max cashout
Welcome match 100% 1 BTC None advertised 40x deposit ~€50/round Slots 100%, live 20%, provably-fair 0% 7 days No separate cap stated (subject to payout limits)
Weekly cashback Up to 10% of net losses Tier-based – Stated as zero wagering n/a n/a Weekly n/a
Reload bonuses 20-25% Varies – ~30x turnover ~€50/round Slots-weighted Varies Subject to payout limits
Weekly raffle / VIP Prize pool Varies – Entry via wagering n/a n/a Weekly n/a

Worked example: deposit the equivalent of €100 and claim the 100% match for a €100 bonus. At 40x wagering on the deposit, you must stake 40 x €100 = €4,000 before the bonus can be withdrawn, all within 7 days, capped at ~€50 per spin, and only on slots (live games count 20%, provably-fair games count nothing). That is a demanding clear – €4,000 of turnover in a week at €50 maximum per spin means a steady grind – so treat the bonus as entertainment value rather than easy money. The weekly cashback (stated as zero-wagering, up to 10% of net losses) is the more genuinely useful promotion for most players, since there is no playthrough attached. Reloads and the VIP/rakeback track reward volume rather than new deposits. As always, the terms change, so read the current version before you opt in – and remember that no bonus here changes the licensing picture above.

Deposits

Betpanda is crypto-only – there is no card, bank transfer or e-wallet fiat option – so you will need a funded crypto wallet to play. The operator claims support for 30+ cryptocurrencies across several networks. Betpanda itself does not charge a deposit fee; your real cost floor is the blockchain network fee, which varies by coin and congestion and matters most on the smallest coins. The figures below are operator-stated.

Method Minimum Maximum Fee Speed
Bitcoin (BTC), incl. Lightning ~€/$10 equiv. to unlock bonus No fixed cap Network fee only (Lightning fees minimal) Near-instant via Lightning
Ethereum (ETH) Low crypto minimum No fixed cap Network (gas) fee only Minutes
Litecoin (LTC), Tron (TRX), Solana (SOL) Low crypto minimum No fixed cap Network fee only Minutes
USDT / USDC (ERC20, TRC20, BEP20, Polygon, Solana) Low crypto minimum No fixed cap Network fee only Minutes
BNB, XRP, DOGE, SHIB, TON Low crypto minimum No fixed cap Network fee only Minutes

Deposits generally credit once the required number of network confirmations is reached, which is why Lightning (effectively instant) is the smoothest route for Bitcoin users. Because everything is denominated in crypto, remember that the fiat value of your balance can move between deposit and withdrawal – a point worth keeping in mind if you are converting to and from a local currency.

Withdrawals

Betpanda advertises crypto withdrawals “usually within minutes,” with Bitcoin Lightning payouts described as near-instant and other coins typically 5-30 minutes once approved. It states a minimum withdrawal of about €/$10 and caps of €/$5,000 per day, €/$15,000 per week and €/$45,000 per month. These are operator-stated figures; we did not independently time a withdrawal or run a hands-on payout test, and we do not publish invented screenshots or timings. Those caps are modest for a brand dangling a 1 BTC bonus headline – a large winner would be metered out over days or weeks rather than paid in one go.

Limit Operator-stated figure
Minimum withdrawal ~€/$10 equivalent
Per day ~€/$5,000
Per week ~€/$15,000
Per month ~€/$45,000

On KYC: Betpanda markets itself as no-verification, and routine play for most users stays friction-free. But its terms reserve the right to request identity verification at any time, with no fixed threshold – checks are triggered by risk-based AML monitoring, flagged patterns or large cumulative withdrawals. In other words, the no-KYC promise is conditional, and it is most likely to bite on big wins or large cash-outs. This is exactly the point at which the complaint reports cluster: players describe verification being requested after a win and funds held while documents are reviewed, with no regulator to escalate to if the review stalls. There is no fixed pending or reverse-withdrawal window published, so once you request a payout, treat approval timing as at the operator’s discretion. If minimal verification is your priority, compare dedicated options in our no-KYC casinos guide, and for payout benchmarks see fast withdrawal casinos.

Games and providers

The library is a real strength. Betpanda lists 6,300+ games from 60+ studios, including NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Nolimit City and Evolution, plus 350+ live-casino tables and 225+ provably-fair titles (including 20+ crash games). For slots, live dealer and crypto-native “originals,” breadth and quality here are not the problem.

The slots catalogue spans the full range from high-volatility Nolimit City and Pragmatic Play hits to classic NetEnt titles, with the usual Megaways and bonus-buy mechanics where permitted. The live casino is powered chiefly by Evolution and Pragmatic Play Live, covering live blackjack, roulette, baccarat and the game-show formats (Crazy Time, Lightning Roulette and similar). Table games include RNG blackjack, roulette and video poker variants for players who prefer solo play. The provably-fair / Originals section is a crypto-casino highlight: crash, dice, plinko, mines and similar in-house games whose outcomes can be verified cryptographically, which is one of the few areas where you can independently confirm fairness without trusting the operator. Progressive jackpots are available through the provider networks (e.g. Pragmatic’s drop jackpots).

On RTP: because the games come from major studios, the published return-to-player figures are set by those providers, though operators can sometimes choose between RTP versions of the same title – Betpanda does not prominently disclose which RTP build it runs per game, so check the in-game info panel before you stake. Games we’d highlight: Pragmatic Play’s Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza for mainstream slots, Nolimit City’s high-variance titles for experienced players, Evolution’s Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette in live, and the in-house crash/dice originals for quick, verifiable crypto play.

Mobile experience

Betpanda runs as a fast, responsive web app in a mobile browser, with no download required in most regions. The interface is clean, the crypto cashier is simple, and live chat is one tap away. Game tiles load quickly, the search and provider filters work well on a small screen, and live-dealer streams scale cleanly to mobile. VPN-friendly, email-only sign-up makes onboarding quick – which is convenient, but is also exactly why weak verification and oversight matter more here than at a regulated site. There is no native iOS/Android app to install; the PWA-style browser experience is the intended route and it covers both casino and sportsbook.

Customer support

Support is 24/7 via embedded live chat, with a stated ~3-minute response target, plus email at [email protected] and community channels on Telegram and Discord. The site is available in multiple languages, and reports describe quick, accurate chat replies for routine questions. These responsiveness figures are operator-stated and from user reports rather than a timed test we ran ourselves. Bear in mind that, with no regulator behind the brand, support is also your only real escalation route if something goes wrong – there is no licensing body or ADR scheme to appeal to, so a chat agent (and ultimately the operator’s own discretion) is where disputes begin and end.

Responsible gambling tools

This is a genuine weak point. Betpanda offers very limited built-in responsible-gambling controls: at the time of writing we did not find standard self-service tools such as deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, reality-check reminders or one-click self-exclusion. Restricting or cooling off your own account generally means contacting support manually rather than toggling a setting yourself. For an unregulated operator with no mandated player-protection standards, that lack of enforced safeguards is a real concern. Set your own hard limits before you play – decide a deposit ceiling and a time budget and stick to them – and if you are in difficulty, reach out to a national service such as GamCare, Gambling Therapy or BeGambleAware. Use our responsible gambling resources if gambling stops being fun. 18+ only.

If you want the same crypto speed with a larger, longer-established brand, compare Stake or BC.Game. Both are offshore, but each has operated for far longer than Betpanda and carries at least a nominal gaming licence, along with higher or uncapped payout limits – meaningful differences if large balances or dispute recourse matter to you.

Our rating breakdown

  • Licensing 2/10 – no gaming regulator at all; a Costa Rica company registration is not a licence, and there is no register to verify against.
  • Bonuses 6/10 – large headline BTC cap, but 40x deposit wagering, a 7-day clock and a ~€50 max bet make it hard to clear.
  • Payments 8/10 – broad crypto support and Lightning payouts, let down by fairly low daily/weekly withdrawal caps.
  • Games 8/10 – 6,300+ titles from 60+ studios, strong live and provably-fair sections.
  • UX 8/10 – clean, fast, email-only sign-up and a simple crypto cashier.
  • Support 7/10 – responsive 24/7 chat, but it is also your only escalation path.
  • Reputation 4/10 – new in 2023 with documented complaints about account closures and withheld funds after verification.

Weighted across these pillars – with licensing and reputation carrying the most weight for player safety – Betpanda lands at an overall 3.0/5: strong on product, weak on the protections that matter most.

Betpanda FAQ

Is Betpanda legit and licensed?

Betpanda is a real, operational casino, but it is not licensed. It is operated by Star Bright Media S.R.L., a Costa Rica company. Costa Rica issues no gambling licences and has no gambling regulator, so Betpanda operates without gaming supervision and we treat it as unlicensed. It functions and pays most players, but there is no regulator to protect you if a dispute arises.

Is Betpanda safe for EU players?

It is functional and pays most players, but it is unregulated, offers few responsible-gambling tools, and has complaint reports about withheld funds. Only deposit crypto amounts you can afford to lose, and keep balances modest.

Does Betpanda really have no KYC?

Sign-up needs only an email, and most play stays verification-free. But the terms let Betpanda request ID at any time – usually on large or flagged withdrawals – so the no-KYC promise is conditional.

How fast are Betpanda withdrawals?

The operator states most crypto cash-outs complete within minutes, with Bitcoin Lightning near-instant. These are operator-stated figures; we did not independently time a payout. Daily (~€/$5,000), weekly (~€/$15,000) and monthly (~€/$45,000) caps apply.

What is the Betpanda welcome bonus, and is there a bonus code?

A 100% first-deposit match up to 1 BTC, with 40x wagering on the deposit, a 7-day expiry and a max bet of about €50 per round. Slots contribute 100%, live games 20% and provably-fair games 0%. No separate code is generally required – the offer is applied at deposit – but check the current promotions page.

Is there a Betpanda app?

There is no native app to download. Betpanda runs as a fast, responsive web app in your mobile browser, covering both casino and sportsbook with the live chat one tap away.

Which countries can’t use Betpanda?

Around 70 territories are restricted, including the UK, US, Australia, France, Sweden and Costa Rica itself, plus sanctioned jurisdictions. Check the current terms from your own country.

18+ only. Gambling can be addictive – please play responsibly, set deposit and time limits, and never bet more than you can afford to lose. Crypto values can fluctuate. See our responsible gambling resources for support.

Our verdict

Fair

Betpanda scores 3.0/5 in our review. Betpanda is a fast, anonymous crypto casino with a big game library and near-instant Lightning payouts, but it holds no gaming licence (a Costa Rica company registration is not one), offers few responsible-gambling tools, and has complaint reports about withheld funds - so keep deposits small and treat it with caution.
